What are IntelligentServices though? They bring the power of the Cloud to our Microsoft Office apps to save us time and in order for us to produce better results. They help us improve our writing in MicrosoftWord and MicrosoftOutlook. They deliver us dynamic Presentations in PowerPoint.
In order to use these IntelligentServices though we must enable them, otherwise some features such as Design Ideas for PowerPoint, Smart Look Up for Word, the Editor for Word and Outlook, may not have the results desired. Microsoft needs to be able to securely collect our written or visual content. In order for us to learn how to Enable or DisableMicrosoft Office Intelligent Services, all needed is to continue reading.
Keep on reading the post below to find how. First we locate the Word that we need a Synonym for, and then we place our cursor in the Word or even select it and then do a right click with our mouse on it. Once we do the right click, a shortcut menu appears with a variety of commands, where we just navigate on top of the Synonym command as shown. To enable, click on “Tell me what you want to do” in the ribbon menu at the top and select Smart Lookup. Microsoft will then ask you to allow Bing to access your application, click yes. Once enabled, simply select a word or phrase in your document, right-click it, and choose Smart Lookup.
